XI.

So, I called Verizon this evening, it was about 10 PM. Got a really nice lady on the phone and after chatting with her for a while she told me that I have called the wrong department and that she would be more than happy to transfer my call.

"Sure!" I say.

So my call gets transferred to the other department just hear an automated message that I should call back during normal business hours...

Now What?

Oh well, guess I gotta carve out some time tomorrow while I am at work to call Verizon. Will probably get an ear-full from my boss as to why I should be doing this during my personal time. Funny, I rarely get out of work before 8:00 PM.
